eDarussalam cordially accepts returns and refunds requests because we don’t want you to be un-satisfied with our products and services.
If you have an issue with your purchase at eDarussalam because it wasn't what you expected or you were unable to meet your needs for some reason, we'll be happy to get your full money back without asking a single question.
Following are some points to consider before making a refund request:
- You must contact us within five (5) days of a charge for a refund. We cannot grant you a refund for any charges that are more than five (5) days old.
- Refunds are processed to the same credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase.
- We do not provide refunds via cash, cheque, or other payment methods.

eDarussalam will only issue refunds for purchases in the following conditions:
Payment error -
If it's determined that eDarussalam has charged you in error, we'll definitely issue a refund.
Technical issues -
If you've experienced technical issues which may later on proven as the fault of eDarussalam that prevent you from using the purchase, we'll issue a refund.
If it may determine that your account has been taken over by a third party and used fraudulently, we'll issue a refund.
Defective Content -
If the purchase was made to have additional content which turns out to be significantly different than shown in the free preview or defective in some way, we'll issue a refund to you.
